What We Produce and Raise

We are excited about helping families enjoy wholesome food!  Everything we raise is done with the intent to provide for a healthier living for many others.

On our farm, we produce:

OUR LAMB & GOAT MEAT CUTS:

LOIN CHOPS - package of 4
  
SHOULDER STEAKS - package of 2 cut 3/4" thick

SIRLOIN STEAKS - package of 2 cut 3/4 " thick from the sirloin portion of the leg

LEG STEAKS - package of 2 (goat only) cut 1 1/2" thick from the whole leg

ITALIAN SAUSAGE - package of 6 links(seasonal)

KABOBS - 1 lb package of boneless chunks of leg meat

GROUND -  1 lb package
 
STEW - 1 lb package boneless chunks

We humanely raise our sheep and goats without the use of added antibiotics and hormones.  We do not use animal by-products in our feed.  Per Illionois regulations the meat is immediately frozen after it is processed.
